  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WebSphere Application Server sets a     *

  *                      response header which can affect        *
  *                      applications that are dependant on the  *
  *                      browser's default charset.              *

  WebSphere Application Server sets a default charset in the
  Content-Type response header when the customer wishes for no
  charset to be included.
  

Problem conclusion

• A WebContainer custom property was added to prevent this
  adding of a default charset. The custom property is
  disabledefaultcontenttype.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
  in fixpacks 6.0.2.13 and 6.1.0.1.
