  The WebSphere Business Integration product is based on several
  base Application Server files and requires the licensed
  materials copyright statement. That statement is currently
  missing from the samplesInstallAndConfig.ant file.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added the Licensed Materials copyright statement to the file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
  in fixpack 6.0.2.13.
