Error description

• DRSNotReadyException occurred when launching replication service
  for object cache instance(s) while Application server is
  experiencing load.
  

Local fix

• Replication service will complete initialization after some
  delay. At that time, the cache instance(s) will establish
  replication communication.

  DRSNotReadyException occurred when launching replication
  service for object cache instance(s) while Application server
  is experiencing load. Aggressive error checking during the
  replication service bootstrap does not allow for enough time
  to establish bootstrap communication when there is slow
  response time due to server load. The replication service will
  complete initialization after some delay. At that time, the
  cache instance(s) will establish replication communication and
  complete the bootstrap process.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected error check to allow for delay in startup.
