Error description

This was found in the context of the WebSphere ESB, which is
driving outgoing Web Services calls.  Since the ESB operates on
the XML  representation of the data, we are exploiting the
XMLInputSourceAlternateContent available  on the server
request side (also Web Services) to improve performance.
Unfortunately, the client response is being parsed into a SAAJ
tree.  We need the  client response lazily parsed to
XMLInputSourceAlternateContent format to  leverage our new
XNL centric fast path.

Performance was improved.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fixpacks 6.0.2.13 and 6.1.0.9.
