  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the configuration is very large,   *
  *                      you may see memory fragmentation and    *
  *                      allocation failures for memory.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When we try to get all the files in the configuration,
  as part of tracing we will print them. While doing so,
  if there is huge configuration we end up with a large
  concatenated String which is just used for tracing.
  This causes many large objects which are greater than 100K
  and can be seen in native_stderr.log
  This causes memory allocation failures, which causes
  performance degardation as garbage collection is run more
  frequently.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that we do the string
  concatenation only if you set the tracing.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 6.0.2.13
