  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enhances the MQPMQSC utility  *
  *                      to support the SDEFS and COMMAND        *
  *                      commands. The SDEFS command can be used *
  *                      to generate MQSC DEFINE statements      *
  *                      which can be used as input to the       *
  *                      MQPMQSC utility. The COMMAND command    *
  *                      allows MQPMQSC input to be read from    *
  *                      a file.                                 *

  *                      This APAR also enables the              *
  *                      MQCA_Q_MGR_IDENTIFIER attribute to be   *
  *                      used with the Inquire Queue Manager     *
  *                      PCF command.                            *

  Prior to this APAR, it was not possible to "dump out" the
  definitions owned by a VSE queue manager except by copying the
  MQFCNFG master configuration file. It is now possible to "dump"
  local definitions using the SDEFS command in conjunction with
  the MQPMQSC utility.
  
  The SDEFS command tells the MQPMQSC utility to generate MQSC
  DEFINE statements for one or more sets of MQ objects, e.g.
  all queues, local queue only, channels, etc. SDEFS can also
  be used to generate an MQSC ALTER command for the queue manager
  itself.
  
  Statements generated by the SDEFS command are written to a
  DLBL named MQSDEFS. Statements generated this way, or any other
  MQSC commands can be processed by MQPMQSC utility using the
  new COMMAND command. The COMMAND command tells the MQPMQSC
  utility to read its MQSC command input from a file.
