PJ41651: UPDATES TO ZDTIM TOD WHEN ZATIM TOD GOOD SSTP IS IN USE

COMMENTS: APAR PJ39209 provided the SSTP parameter on the ZATIM xxxx TOD GOOD SSTP command. When SSTP is used, all TPF processors in the loosely coupled complex use a local TOD clock. When PJ39209 was introduced, the display for command ZDTIM TOD was not updated. This can lead to confusion. If the sysplex timer is attached to the machine and TPF is using the SSTP option, ZDTIM TOD will show that the sysplex timer is being used. The machine may be using the sysplex timer, but the TPF LPAR is not handling interrupts from the sysplex timer. In this case the ZDTIM TOD display should show that the TOD is local.
SOLUTION: The display for ZDTIM TOD has been updated. If the SSTP option is being used (ZATIM xxxx TOD GOOD SSTP was input), ZDTIM TOD will show the TPF LPAR as local. Also, the ZDTIM TOD output will have a line saying "SSTP OPTION IN USE". In addition, a user area is added to the BSS clock record. Files base/macro/st0tm.mac and base/include/tpf/c_st0tm.h have been updated to allocate space for use by customers. COREQS: NO None. MIGRATION CONSIDERATIONS: NO None.
