***PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION THIS FIELD IS REQUIRED.*** Description of Problem (full details) When using Bp8Operations::UpdateCase to update a Case locked by a different user, the updating failed but the updated data in CE did not rollback for integrity How long has the problem been occurring (recent changes)? : Does this occur on more than one station / server? : Is there a workaround? : What is the impact to the customer/system? : Can the problem be replicated on an internal system? Steps to Reproduce: 1 Two workflows, one is Case Management workflow, another one is workflow updateCaseTest with updateCase function 2 User Administrator log in BPF Web app, and create a case with id 51256, open the case, now the case is locked by Administrator 3 User joe launch the workflow updateCaseTest to update Case 51256 Actual Results: The updating failed because the case is locked by a different user, error is logged in bp8operations.log, while the update to the case property in CE did not roll back, that make the case property in CE and the PE are not synchronized. Expected Results: The updating failed, error is logged in bp8operations.log, and rollback the change in CE, make the data in CE and PE are synchronized. Are there any similar or related Defects?
