Problem summary

  • APAR NUMBER: PJ41195
    PRODUCT: z/TPF
    FUNCTIONAL AREA: TCP/IP NATIVE STACK
    SHIPPED IN PUT: 10
    ABSTRACT:
ZSOCK DISPLAY SOCRATE may show extraneous characters in the
    application name field.
    PACKAGE CONTENTS:
    Source Segments:
    (C) base/rt/ctfa.asm
    Object Only Binaries:
    None.
    Configuration Independent Binaries:
    (C) base/obj/ctfa.o
    (C) base/load/CTFA.so
    Support Files:
    base/lst/ctfa.lst
    base/lst/CTFA.map
    OTHER BINARIES TO BUILD: NO
    None.
    COMMENTS:
ZSOCK DISPLAY SOCRATE may show extraneous characters in the
application name field. Within real time segment CTFA there is
a character mask for a WTOPC macro that contains 11 character
positions. Since the applciation name can be 9 characters long
at most, this mask needs to be shortened to 9 characters.
