Error description

  • Description of Problem (full details) Customer had issues with
    Image Services (IS) server which caused CFS-IS to hang.  IS was
    restarted but site later experienced issue with delays in
    communication between Content Engine (CE) and IS.  There is a
    CRM opened for the IS issues  (CRM 76276,122,000).  Need root
    cause analysis from the CE side for the issues with the delays.
    
    Error in P8 server error log:
    SSI_CE: CSM.openCsumObject() returned error <77,0,11>
    
    
    
    Seems to indicate trouble connecting with Image services - the
    77,0,11 may indicate that the object was busy (possibly document
    was busy?)
    
    
    This is quickly followed by error message:
    
    CONTENT_FCP_OPERATION_FAILED_ON_OPEN
    
    Indicates a timeout occurring with Image Services - could be due
    to network issues, or IS being down.

    * Upgrade to 5.1.0.4-P8CE-FP004 or later.                      *

Problem conclusion

  • 5.1.0.4-P8CE-FP004 and later will resolve this CE CFS-IS SSI
    trace problem.
