  Due to PJ34217, when the MAXSNAP threshhold is reached, CPSU is
  not notified and the OMD code may continue to
  issue WTOPC's

  COMMENTS:
  PJ34217 added code to suppress WTOPC's issued by SNAPC
  processing when a threshhold is reached. However if CPSU has no
  way of knowing if this threshhold has been reached. In addition
  code that handled lowcore conditions was accidently dropped for
  z/TPF.
  

Problem conclusion

• SOLUTION:
  Comments in CPSU has been added to indicate that EBXSW01 should
  be tested for CPSIMAX to handle the case when WTOPCs have been
  suppress in CPSI. Code in CPSI has been reinstated to issue
  INSUFFICIENT STORAGE, DATA OMITTED FROM DISPLAY, when a low
  core condition is detected.
