  COMMENTS:
  The problem is when the ZCDCO DISPLAY FREQUENCY command is
  entered, a wtopc("END OF
  DISPLAY",WTOPC_EBROUT,WTOPC_CHAIN_END,WTOPC_NO_HEADER) is
  executed twice for the output display message.
  
  The code that builds the output display message is in the
  zcdcoDisplay function in source file cdco.c. The first
  execution of the wtopc occurs if the ZCDCO DISPLAY command
  includes the FREQUENCY option. The second execution of the
  wtopc occurs at the end of the zcdcoDisplay function for all
  ZCDCO DISPLAY commands, whether the FREQUENCY option was
  included on the command line or not.
  

Problem conclusion

  The solution is to remove wtopc "END OF DISPLAY" specific to
  the FREQUENCY option on the ZCDCO DISPLAY command.
