  • When Case Information widget contains Tasks tab only, the Case
    Manager Client shows following SendCaseInfo event errors:

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open a browser and login to Case Manager Client
    2. On the Cases tab search for a case.
    3. Open the case in Case Details tab.
    4. Edit Settings for Case Information widget
    5. Uncheck on the Views options except for Tasks and click OK
    6. Click Finish Editing.
    7. Log out from Case Manager Client and close the browser.
    8. Open a new browser and login to Case Manager Client.
    9. On the Cases tab search for a case.
    10.Open the case in Case Details tab.
    
    Now you will see the following errors:
    Two widget errors appears on the top of the page for
    SendCaseInfo events.
    

Local fix

  • The workaround is to avoid the issue by not displaying Tasks tab
    in Case Information widget by itself. Need to add the Documents
    tab as well.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix for this problem is provided in IBM Case Manager
    V5.1.1.1 or later releases.
    
    With this fix, the messages are not displayed when the Case
    Information widget contains only the Tasks tab.
