  COMMENTS:
  When dumping the ECB and C function traces, an indicator needs
  to be added when the last entry from the ECB or C function
  trace group is printed. This will allow easier recognition that
  the trace buffer has wrapped and aid in the debugging of dumps.
  

Problem conclusion

• SOLUTION:
  CPSL has been updated to add an indictor for the last trace
  entry for the trace group. In addition, the trace group name
  will be gotten using the trace index instead of getting it from
  the PAT. The post processor has been changed to add
  '---------------------LAST ECB TRACE FOR xxxxxxx ' or
  '------------------------- LAST FUNCTION TRACE FOR xxxxxxx'
  where xxxxxxx is the trace group name. CPSE has been updated to
  add an entry statement for CCDKYWDS and for CCDKYWDL2 so that
  the DOT user exit can get access to these fields.
