  When recoup encounters a record structure which has more
  ordinals than 8 decimal digits (i.e. over 99,999,999), several
  parts of the recoup status message contain incorrect
  information. In addition, the displayed message contains a
  corrupted display format.
  

Problem conclusion

• SOLUTION:
  Update segment base/rt/recp_display.c to ensure that all
  displayed numeric fields which have the possibility of
  exceeding 8 decimal digits will now use 10 decimal digits. The
  display message was reformatted to ensure correct organization
  and format for the 10 decimal digit fields.
