logstashCollector-1.0 with garbage collection events enabled on
IBM Java 8 SR 5 FP 6 or later may not capture garbage collection
    events correctly.
This may result in the following error in the FFDC logs
    directory:

            at com.sun.proxy.$Proxy8.startSession(Unknown Source)

Problem conclusion

  • Code was added to use the monitoring-api.jar found in the Java
directory to interface with IBM Health Center before defaulting
to an embedded monitoring-api.jar found in Liberty.
