  CEEDUMP CEE3204S is produced by the xxxxAMSM address space due
  to an abend 0C4 accessing a missing control block when assigning
  a request to an AMS service task.
  Following the error, applications using AMS can hang.
  
  The error occurs when a new AMS service task is created
  dynamically and subsequently used.
  
  Problem resolution:
  
  When dynamically starting additional AMS service threads, the
  missing control block is now correctly allocated and initialised
  before the thread can be used to service a request.
  
  
  The fix is targeted for delivery in APAR PI98894.
