Error description

  • The problem is caused by APAR PI53072 (PTF UI36457) which
prevent the BIS (transaction CISB) to be started on a user ISSB
during IPCONN release. The BIS processing is needed to
resolved the pending UOW. The DFHIS4000 Sense code
(X'08390000') is for CISB. The failure for not running CISB
causes all the DFHRM0107 messages in the server region to be
    issued.

During IPCONN release processing, Bracket Initiation Stop (BIS)
request is used to resolve all UOWs that are waiting forget
flow. The BIS request fails with message DFHIS4000 and prevents
the waiting forget flow UOWs being resolved. This leads to
    DFHRM0107 messages being issued.

Problem conclusion

  • IS domain has been changed so that a BIS request can be properly
    started during IPCONN release.
