Error description
Environments with low screen resolutions like 800x600 does not see the fill dialog to create their filter. The buttons (OK, Cancel) are not accessible, because dialog is not resized to fit.
Local fix
Zoom out using CTRL and minus key (CTRL + "-") until dialog fits or buttons a visible and accessible. Afterward you could reset the zoom with CTRL + 0 (zero).
