  1. During Db2 restart DSNP012I message as below can be issued:

             CTLGRC=00000008
             CTLGRSN=C6C5006C
             CONNECTION-ID=DB91, CORRELATION-ID=003.RCRSC 02,
             LUW-ID=DSNDB90.DB91.D430CBF873C7=0
    This is due to missing z/OS APAR OA51064.
  
  2. SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_DB2 returns a return code of 12 in
   the RETURN_CODE output parameter, and message DSNA618I in the
   MSG output parameter, indicating that SQLCODE -805
   had been encountered by the stored procedure when it
   attempted to execute an SQL statement.
  
   CALL SYSPROC.GET_CONFIG gets SQLCODE=20459, SQLSTATE=01H55.
   GET_CONFIG returns message DSNA618I in the XML_MESSAGE output
   parameter, indicating that SQLCODE -805 had been encountered
   by the stored procedure when it attempted to execute an
   SQL statement.
  
   SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_DB2 and SYSPROC.GET_CONFIG errors
   are due to missing BIND of the DBRMs.
