PI96651: REPORT WHICH DRILLS TO ITSELF IN EXCEL FORMAT THROWS AN ERROR _07B IS NOT A CONSTRUCTOR.

APAR status

Error description

• A report is authored with a drill through definition that points
  to itself.  The drill definition is set to run the report in the
  same window as Excel format.  When the report is set to run in
  the Interactive mode, after running the report from Team
  Content, clicking the drill through link throws the error "_07B
  is not a constructor".  If the report is run from Edit mode, if
  it is run in the classic viewer, or if the drill through
  definition is set to open in a new window then the error does
  not occur.
  

Local fix

• Run the report in the classic viewer, or set the drill through
  definition to open in a new window.  Alternatively instead of a
  drill through the report can be authored with a Hyperlink that
  uses the Share URL for the report as its source.
