PI95896: EXPANDING METADATA TREE IN EVENT STUDIO USING IE11 RENDERS SCROLLBAR FOR ENTIRE PAGE INSTEAD OF FOR THE INSERTABLE OBJECTS PANE

Error description

• A user accesses Event Studio using Internet Explorer 11.  When
  they are expanding metadata in the Insertable Objects pane, if
  the object list exceeds the available screen space a scrollbar
  appears on the far right of the browser window instead of in the
  Insertable Objects pane.  This means a user has to scroll the
  entire window to go through their metadata.  This creates a
  usability issue in a large package as the user needs to scroll
  down to find the query item they want, but then has to scroll
  all the way back up to add it after every single item.
