Error description
After running a report (that was previously closed), then clicking the pencil icon to edit the report, the report opens in Edit mode with Page Preview. Changing from Page Preview to Page design view causes the formatting and style of the list and header to not show properly
Local fix
Open the report in edit mode if wanting to edit the formatting and style
