PI94907: PROMPT TYPE IN FRAMEWORK MANAGER : SELECT WITH SEARCH DOESN'T RETURN RESULTS AFTER APPLYING CUSTOM FILTER

Error description

• A new package by changing a prompt type 'select with search' in
  framework manager has been published.
  Then while creating report from the published package, 'create
  custom filter' option is applied to a column by selecting option
  'prompt for values when report is run in viewer'.
  When report is run in HTML mode, the search doesn't return any
  values.
  

Local fix

• Select and search prompt can be created using prompt tool
