PI94300: EVENTS NUMBER THRESHOLD PARAMETRIZATION FOR EQQN059I MESSAGE

Error description

• Events number threshold for EQQN059I message should be
  customizable.
  Currently hardcoded value for the counter is 400 reapplied
  events. After every 400 events a message EQQN059I is issued.

  When the re-apply of the events occurs, the message EQQN059I is
  normally issued.
  There is no way to customize the processed events number
  threshold that triggers the message EQQN059I. Currently
  hard-coded value for the counter is 400, meaning every 400
  re-applied events.

  after which the message EQQN059I is issued.
  A new parameter REAPPLYCOUNT(nnnnn) has been added in OPCOPTS
  to select the number of re-applied events, after which the
  message EQQN059I is issued.
