  This error can occur when, for example, a child parallel task
  issues an SQLCODE904 (resource unavailable) message and exits
  with the error back to the parent.  The parent pulls the error
  messages from the child task's storage to the parent's task
  SQLCA.  This would normally occur during the query's exit
  processing.  However, the above abend can occur when the child
  thread's error message is not ready yet.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code in Db2 is modified to bypass and prevent the abend
  and allow the error messages to be processed from the child
  tasks.
