  The problem is that RCLEANUP in BATCHOPT is not correctly
  managed by the code: also if it is set to NO it works like YES.
  So, the CP16 are incorrectly generated.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was due to an incorrect handling
  of the RCLEANUP parameter present in BATCHOPT
