Error description

• The Auto-Discovery feature allowed the IIDR CDC Agents to
  broadcast their presence using a UDP socket to the available
  Access Server(s) in the network.  At some point, this feature
  was deemed to be of minimal value to customers, and it was
  deprecated.  It has been in this state for almost a decade.
  Some users of IIDR CDC for z/OS are mis-specifying the
  Auto-Discovery feature, and causing product issues.  The feature
  must be removed.
