    -When using line mode, batch mode, full screen mode and remote
     mode with Debug Tool compatibility mode, and the EQAOPTS
     CEEREACTAFTERQDBG command is set to YES, after the user issues
     "QUIT DEBUG" and CALL CEETEST is hit, the debugger will start
     again. Before the change, CEETEST was ignored after "QUIT
     DEBUG".
    
    -When using line mode, batch mode, full screen mode and remote
     mode with Debug Tool compatibility mode, and compiling with
     the TEST(SEPARATE,SOURCE) option of the Enterprise COBOL V6.2
     compiler, if the name of the side file does not match the
     PROGRAM-ID, the debugger will now be able to locate the side
     file, as long as it is in the specified datasets or
     directories.
    
     In addition, now when you specify the side file location, you
     can specify a z/OS UNIX System Services directory through a
     SET DEFAULT LISTING command, EQAUEDAT user exit, EQADEBUG DD
     card, or EQA_DBG_SYSDEBUG environment variable.

     Debug Tool must have been active when the STIMERM SVC was
     issued, but out of the picture when the exit was called.

    -z/OS Debugger session abends with short on storage (SOS) on a
     GETMAIN performed by CEECICS.
     The SOS occurs when an Enterprise COBOL V6 program compiled
     NOTEST is called.
     Analyzing the storage can shows 1000+ blocks of storage with
     incrementing storage blocks sizes.  The size of the blocks
     increase by alternating x'90' and x'A0' bytes. The data inside
     the blocks is mostly binary equal.

     default "Show Expanded Source".

      -then a run to end
     Causes an Abend in the CICS region.

     EQA9999E:Unexpected hook-Cannot resume
