PI91287: MQ V9 - INVALID PCF RESPONSE LEAD TO 2303-MQRC_BAG_CONVERSION_ERROR

Error description

• When using PCF Request the response does not meet the expected
  length for some parameters, leading to an error when converting
  the buffer to a bag.
  
  The issue in due to MQCFT_STRING parameters returned within the
  PCF response message at V9. In this case there the StrucLength
  is larger than expected, being incorrect, resulting in the MQAI
  command, mqBufferToBag, used in the customer application to fail
  with MQRC_BAG_CONVERSION_ERROR.

  The issue occurs in the MQCFT_STRING parameters being returned
  within the PCF response message at V9. In this case the
  StrucLength is larger than expected which results in the MQAI
  command 'mqBufferToBag' failing with MQRC_BAG_CONVERSION_ERROR.
  

Problem conclusion

• The length of the StrucLength Parameter being returned in the
  PCF response message has been reduced so that it is now the
  expected length
