If the Cognos service name contains brackets, the following faults can occur... 1. attempt to updload any simple data file issues the message "Could not fetch uploaded file contents: An unknown error has occurred" 2. trying to create a dashboard from a simple FM package or data file fails with "An error occurred while loading the tree"
