Error description

The Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 high availability function
causes ICMP errors for heartbeat packets.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the Load Balancer for IPv4   *

*                      network traces will show ICMP errors.   *

ICMP errors are sent by the operating system for each high
availability packet.

Problem conclusion

Code has been modified to open a socket on the UDP port to
prevent the ICMP errors.

Fix levels:
    9.0.0.6
    8.5.5.13
This does not affect the Load Balancer for IPv4 only release.
