PI89404: DFHMP0002 X'0113' IN MODULE DFHMPDM AFTER PTF UI51046 IS APPLIED 17/11/13 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• After applying the PTF for APAR PI83667, CICS shutdown fails
  with message:
  .
  DFHMP0002 A severe error (code X'0113') occurred in module
  DFHMPDM.
  .
  The error occurs for the MP domain task that is shutting down
  the MP domain. Module DFHMPDM is attempting to post the CMPE
  task to wake up, then suspends to wait for the CMPE task to
  complete its shutdown processing. The problem is that there is
  no CMPE task in the system, so the MP shutdown task times-out
  leading to the DFHMP0002 0113 error.

  Joblogs show that the attach for CMPE failed with a security
  violation reported by a DFHAC2003 message.
  .
  CMPE should be one of the Category 1 transactions (DFH$CAT1)
  but this information was not included in the PTFs built for
  PI83667.
  .

  The CICS region hangs during startup during its initialization
  phase.  CMPE is running.  Message received is:

  PI83667 shipped support for the CICS Policy System Rules
  at CICS TS V5. The CICS TS 5.1 PTF UI51087, the CICS TS 5.2
  PTF UI51046 and the CICS TS 5.3 PTF UI51182 omitted the ++ACTION
  tracking comment to advise that PI83667 introduced new CAT1
  transaction CMPE, and that CMPE should be added to a user's
  CAT1 class and a RACLIST REFRESH of the class should be
  issued before restarting their regions.
  The sample CAT1 Clist, DFH$CAT1 was also not updated to include
  the CMPE transaction.
  

Problem conclusion

  CICS has updated the sample Clist DFH$CAT1 to include the CMPE
  transaction and provide the missing ++ACT tracking comment.
