Problem conclusion

• In an environment with Java V8 SP10, or later, the DB2
  archiving job needs the db2jcc4.jar file to run successfully.
  With this APAR both jar files, db2jcc4.jar and
  db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar, are provided.
