Error description

  • DISPLAY ACCEL with MEMBER keyword for non-data sharing system
issued ABEND RC00E70005 at DSNX8CDA +1A2E.
START/STOP ACCEL command with MEMBER keyword for non-data
sharing system could issue ABEND RC00E70005 as well.

Local fix

  • Run DISPLAY ACCEL command without MEMBER keyword for non-data
sharing system.

ABEND04E RC00E70005 may occur when using MEMBER keyword in
START/STOP/DISPLAY ACCEL command on an accelerator enabled
non-datasharing system. Db2 issues the abend for sanity
check.

Problem conclusion

  • Db2 is fixed to issue DSNX817I message when using MEMBER
keywords in START/STOP/DISPLAY ACCEL command on an
accelerator enabled non-datasharing system.
