  04. Unreferenced data item can never appear on an executable
      source line.
  05. Error in index symbol processing causes loop when
      calculating table stride.
  06. Automonitor table has an untested null string.
  07. SPKA instruction processed in an unauthorised state.
  08. Compiler listing proc name page headings not handled.
  09. While viewing a Fault Analyzer report using the FA eclipse
      plugin, there are clickable links in the Event summary to
      the wrong target.

• 01. Level 66 processing corrected.
  02. DWARF op now recognised.
  03. CMPAT(LE) support added for PL/I SYSDEBUG side files.
  04. Unreferenced data items ignored.
  05. Index symbol processing corrected.
  06. Automonitor null string now tested for.
  07. SPKA instruction is redundant and has been removed.
  08. Compiler listing proc name page headings recognised.
  09. The report produced now contains correct links for the
      plugin event summary.
