  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message CSQJ110E reports shortage of    *
  *                      active log space when the queue         *
  *                      manager has recently changed logging    *
  *                      mode from DUAL to SINGLE and back to    *
  *                      DUAL copy or it has been an error when  *
  *                      accessing one of the active log         *
  *                      datasets.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When logging mode changes from DUAL to SINGLE and then back to
  DUAL or one log dataset has an error these events cause that the
  current log is truncated in one of the log copies resulting in
  COPY1 out of sync with COPY2. The truncated copy is flagged in
  BSDS as NOT_REUSABLE making this dataset inaccessible. If there
  are several log datasets incorrectly flagged as NOT_REUSABLE
  this can generate the CSQJ110E messages indicating a shortage of
  active log space.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logging datasets are now flagged REUSABLE when the log data has
  been successfully archived.
