APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • CREATE_USER_ID and UPDATE_USER_ID columns set to zero
    (USER_NAME = Unknown)

Local fix

  • None Known

Problem summary

  • Under some scenarios, the CREATE_USER_ID and UPDATE_USER_ID
columns in various RAA tables contain a value of zero. In
addition, related instances of the UPDATE_TIMESTAMP column are
not being properly reset with the current date and time value.

Problem conclusion

  • Corrections have been made for database INSERTs and batched
statements that were not matching/setting the current user ID
value for the create and update columns of interest, and
setting the current date and time value to reflect when the
    metadata was last changed.
