  When parsing SAML response, the following exception occurs:
  com.ibm.wsspi.wssecurity.core.SoapSecurityException: The
  XMLOutputFactory does not recognize the property
  "reuse-instance".
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurred because the Web services code could not
  properly process the SAML response in some cases. The problem
  was fixed by updating the Web services code to correctly
  process the SAML response.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.15, 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
