Error description

• File Manager may encounter Abend 0C4 S0C4 Reason Code 00000011
  when processing a spanned record egreater than 64k.

  File Manager may not obtain storage large enough to
  contain a spanned record with a record length greater
  than 32K.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager is modified to obtain the correct amount
  of storage when processing spanned records.
