  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MQ restart or recovery operations fail  *
  *                      after restarting from 'copied' active   *
  *                      log data sets with unequal ENDRBA       *
  *                      values.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  MQ was being restarted from unequal active log data sets. During
  restart, MQ will truncate both copies of the log with different
  ENDRBA values due to the different log content. However, the
  last CI in the 'short' log may have been re-written to the
  'long' log with more data.
  This can result in queue manager startup up failing with abend
  5C6-00D10341, followed by abnormal queue manager termination 6C6
  with REASON=00D96001
  
  The abend can also occur when reading unequal active log data
  sets for a peer queue manager, for example, during admin
  structure rebuild.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQJW009 has been changed to truncate the 'short' log (in the
  above scenario) prior to the last CI in case the CI was
  re-written to the 'long' log with more data.
