Error description

• Some new functions for activating or deactivating job
  submission either via the dialog panel ( EQQUTOPP / EQQULSJU )
  or the equivalent in JSUACT are not working as expected:
  
   NY to confirm the request for Host and FT workstations
   OY to confirm the request for FT, z-centric and all HTTP
      workstations
  The appropriate message is issued but the job submit status
  as shown via a conman command to the domain manager does not
  change.
