PI85160: BIND EXPLAIN FAILS WITH SQLCODE -433 WHEN ACCELMODEL=YES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• BIND EXPLAIN(YES) or EXPLAIN(ONLY) fails with SQLCODE -433 when;
  1.ACCELMODEL=YES
  2.DSN_QUERYINFO_TABLE exists.
  3.Accelerator existed but not necessary active.
  4.Query contains correlated subquery not able to be offloaded to
  the accelerator.
  

Local fix

• Turn off accel modeling or avoid EXPLAIN

    (3) There is a correlated subquery not able to be accelerated.
    (4) Accelerator service exists, but accelerator is not
        necessarily in active status.
