  EQQY222E message by trying to load application
  to the application description dataset (EQQADDS)

  *                      The Batch Loader job ends with          *
  *                      an RC=0008 and the following error      *
  *                      message is issued in the batch loader   *
  *                      job MLOG: EQQY222E MORE THAN ONE        *
  *                      OPERATION IN PMR28181 MATCHES THE       *
  *                      PREDECESSOR SPECIFICATION               *
  ****************************************************************
  An application, which contains an operation and this operation
  has a predecessor application dependency on the same
  application, cannot be upload to the AD dataset via EQQYLTOP.
  The Batch Loader job ends with an RC=0008 and the following
  error message EQQY222E is issued in the batch loader job MLOG.
