Error description

• WASPreUpgrade fails under certain conditions with a Derby
  incorrect version exception.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Incorrect Derby jar is being used to    *
  *                      detect whether the OTIs database is     *
  *                      in use.                                 *

  In the remote WASPreUpgrade scripts the CLASSPATH included an
  old copy of the embedded derby jar.  This is incompatible with
  determining whether the old derby database is in use and was
  thowing an exception, causing migraitons to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• Remove the hardcoded derby jar from the CLASSPATH in the
  script.  Allow the migration code to determine which version
  of the derby jar should be visible.  This depends on the source
  WAS version being migrated.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.5 and 8.5.5.13.  Please refer to the Recommended
