When a URL is protected with the OpenID Connect (OIDC) Relying
Party TAI, after the user has completed a successful login, if
the original request has one or more parameters that contain
string with an embedded single quote character, the string for
that parameter will be truncated at the single quote.

Problem conclusion

The OIDC TAI is updated so that request parameters containing
a single quote are not altered.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
