Error description

• A dump occurred with title:
  COMPON=XCF,COMPID=5752SCXCF,ISSUER=IXCM2REC,MODULE=IXCS1STB,ABEN
  D=S00C1,REASON=00000001,USERERR=0102
  
  The associated logrec entry (VERBX LOGDATA against the dump in
  IPCS) has a symptom string of
    PIDS/5752SCXCF RIDS/IEANUC01#L RIDS/IXCS1STB AB/S000C
    PRCS/02070001 REGS/0F002 REGS/02002 RIDS/IXCM2REC#R
  The Breaking Event Address is in IXCS1STB. XCF attempted to
  call a GROUP/MEMBER exit where the exit no longer exists.
  
  The logrec entry has information about who the exit belongs to,
  e.g.

  The abend occurred in the MQ queue manager address space before
  the queue manager was fully started. The startup proc for the
  MQ MSTR job called an EXEC to run CSQ5PQSG with ADD QMGR before
  the EXEC PGM=CSQYASCP step.
  
  With APAR PI64205 applied, CSQ5PQSG sets up a "dummy" message
  exit. The "dummy" exit for CSQ5PQSG will be deleted when the
  CSQ5PQSG terminates, but XCF may still try and invoke the exit
  until the TCB ends.

  APAR PI64205 changed the IXCJOIN in CSQ5PQSG to add a 'dummy'
  MSGEXIT. The issue is that the code for the 'dummy' exit in
  CSQ5PQSG will be deleted when CSQ5PQSG terminates, but XCF may
  still try and invoke the exit until the TCB ends, causing the
  abend seen.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MSGEXIT in CSQ5PQSG has been changed to CVTBRET, which will
  not get deleted, and thus prevent the abend from occurring.
