  Steps to reproduce>
  a. Right-click on an Enterprise Application Project and select
  Java EE > Specifications Upgrade Wizard in the context menu.
  b. Upgrade Java EE version to 6.0
  Then you can see the following error:
  couldn't convert WEB-INF/ibm-web-ext.xmi to
  WEB-INF/ibm-web-ext.xml in project <Project Name>
