* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WAS SIP Proxy is incorrectly parsing    *

*                      headers if they contain double quotes.  *

If the user sends a SIP message to the SIP Proxy that contains a
double quote in the Via header, it may cause an error to be
returned to the user.

Problem conclusion

We fixed the problem by correctly parsing the double quotes in
the Via header.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.45, 8.0.0.15, 8.5.5.13, and 9.0.0.6.  Please
