APAR status

• Closed as suggestion for future release.

Error description

• Currently, the managesdk command only logs the wsadmin
  interaction in the debug mode.  This code change will turn on
  logging all the time.

• APAR PI81025 is being closed SUG because wsadmin logging will
  be enabled for managesdk.sh[.bat] when -listEnableProfileAll
  and -enableProfileAll options are requested.  This will
  facilitate debugging issues with managesdk command usage.
  
  This change will be included in WebSphere 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.
